Role Description:

We are hiring a full-time Business Analyst responsible for analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and proposing solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams at our Nugegoda office.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define business requirements and report to stakeholders
• Create detailed business analyses and propose solutions
• Help with financial modeling and budgeting
• Perform quality assurance and assist in reporting requirements
• Develop relationships with partners and optimize integration
• Design, document, and maintain system processes
• Communicate insights and findings to the team
• Improve monitoring and deliver value to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Management or relevant field
