Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator/ Engineer to provide technical support to our clients. You will diagnose and resolve IT issues, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure efficient operations. Ideal candidates must have expertise in business software, hardware systems, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills. Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support, knowledge in Windows systems, Microsoft O365, Windows Server/ Active Directory, and SCCM.
