We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager with over 5 years of procurement experience to join our team at Hayleys Fentons. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial expertise, effective negotiation skills, and a successful track record in procurement management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement-related financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and execute cost-effective procurement strategies while upholding quality standards.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations, identifying and addressing risks.
• Lead and guide the procurement team to promote collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and procurement.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in financial management software and procurement tools.
