Shift: 8:30 to 5:00 pm (Sri Lankan Calendar)
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting processes.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Review and analyze key financial data.
- Oversee daily bank reconciliations and monitor general ledger accounts.
We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements preparation, and team management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA).
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
