Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s kids’ products. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare sales contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kids’ products or FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
