Role Description:
This full-time on-site role in Colombo involves various HR functions, focusing on training and development. Responsibilities include training needs assessments, designing and delivering programs, coordinating employee development initiatives, and managing the training budget. Collaborate with teams to identify gaps and develop strategies to enhance employee skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Experience in training and development, preferably in HR
- Knowledge of instructional design and training methods
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- HR or training certifications are a plus
