Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer to spearhead our key service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in no-code/low-code tools and extensive experience with OpenAI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions using Make.com, Zapier, Voiceflow, and Botpress.
• Create and optimize chatbots and voice-based agents.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to define project requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of OpenAI models.
• Build custom GPTs and work with large language models (LLMs).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation engineering.
• Expertise in Make.com, Zapier, Voiceflow, Botpress.
• Extensive experience with OpenAI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building custom GPTs and working with LLMs.

Preferred:

• Experience in AI-driven customer support solutions.
• Familiarity with other AI and ML frameworks.
• Leadership experience in tech or AI-focused roles.
