POSITION: Assistant Manager – Sales

SALARY: Gross 200k – 250k
OVERVIEW: Our client, a renowned labelling and packaging company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Proven experience in sales within the apparel/manufacturing industry (Senior Executives with 3 years of experience in a similar position and Assistant Managers with 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
