Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Property Manager to oversee Facilities Management Services for a property in Baththaramulla Koswatte. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in facilities management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, tenants, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Oversee the maintenance staff.
• Implement house rules and property management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and expense control.
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property improvements and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with condominium management laws and regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Sinhala languages.
• Must reside within 15 km of Baththaramulla Koswatte.
• Preferred technical background.
• Knowledge in condominium management law is an added advantage.
