REMOTE WORK (Urgent Hiring)

About the Job:

Are you a seasoned cold caller with a knack for engaging high-quality leads? SPARQ Corporate Australia is seeking an expert cold caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English (British English is highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, cold calling, and appointment closing.
  • Proven sales closing experience.
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing is a huge advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Persistence and determination to succeed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Closing deals by yourself through virtual meetings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to overall revenue and growth objectives.
  • Follow up with leads regularly.
  • Negotiate custom deals.
  • Close sales and onboard clients.

Remunerations:

We offer a competitive starting salary of up to LKR 40,00, plus commissions. Successful candidates have the potential to earn over LKR 125,00 solely from commissions by onboarding clients.
