POSITION: Assistant Manager Electrical Engineering
LOCATION: Vavuniya District, Sri Lanka (On-Site)
SALARY: 200K – 250K Gross
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical Engineering to join our client’s team. The role involves managing and improving engineering processes in a multinational apparel manufacturing facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily engineering operations.
- Implement maintenance schedules for equipment.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers.
- Lead engineering projects from start to finish.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of electrical engineering experience in manufacturing.
