SALARY:
- Development Merchandiser: Gross Rs 120,00 – Rs 140,00
- Sr Development Merchandiser: Gross Rs 200,00 – Rs 220,00

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare pre-costing sheets for accurate pricing evaluations.
- Execute merchandising planning based on product demand.
- Maintain trackers efficiently and analyze sales data.
- Coordinate sample development and manage key accounts.
- Conduct market research and ensure compliance with standards.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, textile, or related field
- 3-5 years of apparel merchandising experience
- Strong fabric sampling and costing knowledge
- Experience with Primark and Matalan preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
