Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for managing all local events.
• Work closely with all hotel staff to ensure every guest receives high-quality service.
• Work closely with the organizers to plan and orchestrate all group and event requirements prior to the event.
• Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible and follows the guidelines, methods, and tools as set by the hotel.
• Builds business rapport with key corporate accounts to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work with the team to come up with new ideas and solve any recurring issues.
• Engage with guests and always look for ways to enhance the service.
• Supervise and motivate the team to meet service and revenue goals.
• Create an exceptional experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Is detail-oriented, creative, and has the ability to drive change.
• Always kept up-to-date with the latest industry trends and market practices.
• Must have sound experience related to the position in a 5* hotel.
• Has a passion for Sales and Marketing.
• Thinks outside the box.
