Job Description
SDB Bank is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Manager – Employee Engagement & Litigation. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, grievances, and legal matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor employee satisfaction, devise retention strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
- Supervise employee relations and oversee staff transfers.
- Create HR policies, address urgent departmental needs.
- Offer legal assistance, handle litigation matters.
Candidate Profile: Seeking an Attorney-at-Law with minimum 7 years of legal experience, including 3 years in banking, proficient in English & Sinhala, with exceptional communication skills.
