Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Pegasus Reef Hotel Sri Lanka. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
