Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Previous experience in a similar role or capacity will be beneficial.
• Previous exposure/good understanding of AGILE development methodology is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of SLDC with emphasis on requirement management, requirement prioritization, estimations, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate and contribute to decision-making during Roadmap/Release/Sprint Planning meetings.
• Use requirement modeling techniques/tools to analyze and visualize functional, non-functional, and transition requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in teams across multiple business units, countries, and locations.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about driving change and learning new tools/concepts/technology.
