Job Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst at a Software Firm in Battaramulla.
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Battarmulla
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts, including problem analysis, stakeholder analysis, and solution assessment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Develop Solution Proposals, technical artifacts, and maintain the Product Roadmap.
- Conduct research, propose product evolution, and deliver client presentations and training.
- Respond to various client requests and inquiries.
Requirements and Competencies:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Proficient in Business Analysis processes and methodologies.
- Interest in Electronic Payments and Information Systems Security.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services is a plus.
- Professional certification like IIBA ECBA/CCBA is desirable.
