Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for continuous monitoring of outstanding collections, customers’ accounts, credit exposure, etc. S/he will be responsible for overall collection and credit management of all customer segments of Healthguard Distribution Business. The candidate should be able to identify current and potential credit risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies. The job holder must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to explain technical terms to customers. Must have proven leadership skills with a track record of delivering results through a team. The candidate should possess the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and reporting skills as well as to interrogate data drawn out of insights.
