Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s key performance indicators by delivering exceptional customer service and cash handling. The candidate will build and train an effective team, incorporating business trends and customer feedback into employee training.
Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships to develop a high-performing team
- Analyze reporting and business trends to drive results
- Directly supervise business operations and maintain high quality standards
- Provide ongoing performance feedback to team members
- Handle Branch operations and Customers
- Report to MMBL GM daily
Qualifications
- A/Ls and Diploma or Degree in Banking or Finance
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer service or equivalent management in Banking
- Strong communication skills in English; Sinhala, Tamil a plus
