This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance based in Colombo. The Head of Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing Quality Control, Auditing, Analytical Skills, Management, and Assurance. They ensure services meet high standards, implement improvement processes, and work with teams for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
