Job Description
The role will report to Senior Manager – Shopper Marketing and Category Operations and will champion the development and integration of insight-based, differentiated Shopper Marketing strategies for both the General Trade & Modern Trade. Further, will assist in:
- Delivering the volume and value target for the category.
- Monitor and manage investment for the assigned category through maintaining tracking and control processes.
- Identify shopper insights, purchase barriers, and drivers for the respective categories.
- Develop actionable shopper insights based on shopper research and other available data.
Qualification & Experience:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in management/Statistics and/or CIMA.
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in category planning.
- Exposure to sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
