Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Warehouse Operations to join our dynamic team at Wichy Plantation Company (Pvt) Ltd – Wariyapola Factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management and control.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with production and Supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide necessary training and support.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on warehouse operations and inventory status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP) and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
