Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager located in Horana. As a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards. This includes conducting quality inspections, implementing quality control procedures, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining certifications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and implementing quality control procedures
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of relevant certifications and regulatory requirements
- Degree in a related field (such as Quality Management, Food Science, or Engineering) is preferred
