Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) for social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
• Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conceptualization to launch
• Scrutinize analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics for lead generation & brand awareness
• Exposure to Facebook ad manager with experience in Facebook pixel, retargeting, & catalog ads
• Analyze trends and competitors to increase traffic
• Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for ongoing optimization.
• Manage overall paid media budget, knowledge of SEO is an added advantage
• 2-4 years experience in advanced digital advertising, preferably from an agency background
