Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Team Leader for Study Abroad at AIA Holdings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling and student recruitment
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations related to studying and settling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong leadership abilities
- Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the sales team effectively
- Proficient in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil is a plus
