Job Description

Working hours: Weekdays 8:30 – 5:00, Saturday 8:30 – 12:30

Salary package: Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Work strategically with the COO/Assistant Manager – HR to plan initiatives benefiting the institute
• Oversee hiring, training, and employee education on company policies
• Monitor employee progress and maintain positive work environment
• Coordinate work activities, foster relationships, and conduct performance appraisals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HRIS system, and manage employee records
