What do you need to do:

• A creative culinary flair with a customer-centric approach to drive innovations and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop new products, standard recipes, and ensure product quality and consistency.
• Identify training needs and oversee food safety and hygiene regulations.

What you need:

• Diploma in Cookery/Culinary Art, 5-7 years of food industry experience, with technical expertise in hot kitchen and bakery.
• Passion for new dishes, food safety knowledge, and restaurant management experience is a plus.
