Job Description
Come join our team as an Executive Chef to lead and manage a chain of hot kitchens and bakeries.
What do you need to do:
- A creative culinary flair with a customer-centric approach to drive innovations and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop new products, standard recipes, and ensure product quality and consistency.
- Identify training needs and oversee food safety and hygiene regulations.
What you need:
- Diploma in Cookery/Culinary Art, 5-7 years of food industry experience, with technical expertise in hot kitchen and bakery.
- Passion for new dishes, food safety knowledge, and restaurant management experience is a plus.
