Job Description
Scope:
The Manager- Finance at Brandix acts as the controller of factory finance, responsible for preparing and monitoring the annual factory budget, managing overheads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for value creation initiatives. Ensuring internal controls, governance, including FCA audits, is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor plant budget, ensuring adherence.
- Manage factory overheads and suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate on value creation projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure governance and internal control adherence in the factory.
- Generate MIS and other demanded reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance/Business Management or CIMA/CA/ACCA.
- 4+ years of relevant experience with strong financial knowledge.
- Sound understanding of factory operational processes.
