We’re Hiring: ICT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor support requests sent to the Helpline email account and assign them to an ICT team member.
- Submit Helpline reports and statistics to the CIO for review and distribution.
- Provide support for hardware, OS, middleware, and office software.
- Coordinate ICT location support with the Engineering and Maintenance team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a similar role.
- Diploma-level qualification related to ICT hardware, OS, and networking.
- Familiarity with M365 applications.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala. Tamil competency is a plus.
- Valid motorcycle riding license.
