Role Short Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Global Sales Manager for a Tea Export company in Kenya. The owners are UK based.
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Kenya
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or tea industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Tea Tasting and Grading skills.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and supply chain management software.
