Our client, MOSIACHR PEO (Private) Limited, is seeking a qualified individual to join their dynamic team as a Laboratory Manager and lead their chemical laboratory to new heights. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for innovation and excellence in laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage laboratory work as a profit center manager.
• Monitor direct operating costs of laboratory by optimizing utilization of resources and cultivating best lab practices.
• Responsible for all technical developments and functions of the Laboratory.
• Ideal candidate should possess leads & referrals to bring new business opportunities.
• Maximize top line growth mainly through client retention, new test, and service development.

Requirements:

• Chemistry Special Graduate/postgraduate/doctorate in science.
• 8-10 years’ Experience in Laboratory Operations.
• Working in high tech equipment would be added qualification (GC/LC/ICP/GCMS/LCMS).
• Good command of written and spoken English Language.
• Should be a self-organized, enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimum guidance.
• Should be disciplined and a team player.
• Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• High level of integrity.
• Ability to work extended hours if required.
• Living in and around Colombo is an advantage.
