Job Description
As a Customer Service Intern at ZILLIONe, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing accurate information
- Resolving customer issues efficiently
- Processing orders and managing accounts
- Supporting daily administrative tasks
- Collaborating with other departments for customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and chats
- Build strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Assist in developing service policies
- Participate in training sessions and meetings
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Business, Communications, or related degree program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
