Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of system certifications and Social Certification, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate the preparation, submission, and maintenance of various certifications related to food safety, quality, and social compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline certification processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, providing necessary documentation and facilitating audit procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, certification management, or related roles within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and certification requirements (e.g., IFS,BRC,Organic, Halal, Kosher, HACCP, GMP system, Sedex, BSCI).
• Excellent communication in English, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with auditors and managing audit processes is highly desirable.
