Job Description

Client Management and Support:

• Successfully manage a portfolio of over 10 company clients, providing them with comprehensive IT support and solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their IT needs promptly and effectively.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Conduct regular monitoring of clients’ computers and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted access to critical applications and services for clients.

Network Configuration and Setup:

• Configure routers and switches to establish robust and secure network environments for clients.
• Set up entire IT environments for clients, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Security Recommendations:

• Recommend and implement new network products and technologies to enhance clients’ cybersecurity posture.
• Assess clients’ security needs and provide tailored recommendations to improve their security levels.

Router and Firewall Management:

• Proficiently manage Datto, Draytek, and Fortinet routers and firewalls, ensuring the security and integrity of clients’ networks.

Training and Education:

• Train sales representatives and employees on various IT products and services, empowering them to effectively promote and utilize IT solutions.
• Provide ongoing education and support to ensure clients and employees are up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

VOIP Phone Configuration and Cloud Phone Management:

• Assist with the configuration of VOIP phones and manage cloud phone systems for clients.
• Collaborate with services teams to streamline VOIP phone configurations and ensure smooth cloud phone management.
