A Leading Educational Institute based in Colombo is seeking a Visa and Admissions Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting applicants with visa requirements and guiding them through the application process.
- Reviewing and verifying visa applications for accuracy.
- Liaising with embassies to expedite visa approvals.
- Providing guidance to students on program selection and application procedures.
- Coordinating with educational institutions for smooth admissions processes.
- Maintaining updated knowledge on admission requirements.
- Responding to inquiries promptly via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keeping clients informed on application and visa statuses.
- Managing visa and admissions-related documents and records.
