Job Description
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Projects, Primavera
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to motivate a team within a matrix type organization
- Time Planning Skills
- Relevant site experience is a must
- Must have sound basic skills in relevant branch of engineering
- Good knowledge of Projects & Innovation
- Familiar with design and engineering standards to analyze drawings
- Good understanding of project planning, procurement, techno-commercial terms
- Thorough know-how of project life cycle, from feed to startup to completion
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing tender scopes, preparing execution & MOB plans
- Developing activity plans with project, design, & construction engineers
- Understanding project specs, developing time schedules & budgets
- Overseeing project progress, preparing detailed reports, and monitoring milestones
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and supporting contract preparation
- Addressing plan delays, analyzing staff performance, and proposing solutions
- Monitoring project progress, attending client meetings, and delegating tasks
