Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources for our Panadura location. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR tasks, managing policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing employee relations strategies to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong HR knowledge and management experience
• Understanding of labor laws (Factory Ordinance)
• Expertise in HR policy development
• Proven track record in employee relations management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• HR Management certifications
• Experience with HRIS systems
