Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create job advertisements.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
- Assist in employer branding activities.
The Person
- Candidates successful at A/Ls and O/Ls (Local, Edexcel, and Cambridge).
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
