Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Positioning i2i customer service & VAS as the premium cement and concrete solution provider in the SL construction industry.
• Promoting sustainable materials and sustainable practices to the construction industry.
• Actively engage in developing and maintaining the SCCL product portfolio.
• Developing & communicating new business opportunities through value creation & providing technical solutions.
• Achieve budgeting-related figures.
• Organizing knowledge-sharing sessions and technical events with Government and private stakeholders.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with OH&S rules.
• Drive team for product approvals and stakeholder management.
• Developing subordinates through coaching/mentoring.

Qualifications:

• BSc (Eng.) in Civil, or a Master’s degree related to the field.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in concrete, cement manufacturing & quality control.
• Thorough knowledge of concrete technology and quality control.
• Analytical skills and understanding of customer/market requirements.
• Public speaking and lecturing skills preferred.
