Job Description

Are you ready to take on challenges and thrive in a dynamic environment? Splender Travels is looking for a dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team.

Location: No. 395 Galle Rd, Colombo 00300

Vacancy: Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all incoming inquiries pertaining to travel reservations, products, and services.
• Support promotional and marketing campaign inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to changes in travel dates and related services.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by line management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the airline industry.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Certification in IATA/UFTA is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Amadeus Reservation and Ticketing system is an added advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Dynamic, highly motivated, and result-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
