Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary: The Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, and developing innovative recruitment strategies. This role requires a professional with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and technical recruitment, who is passionate about finding the right talent to drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, attract, screen and recruit the best candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to source candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an IT company is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
