POSITION: Bulk Merchandiser/Sr Bulk Merchandiser
LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
SALARY:
Bulk Merchandiser – Gross Rs 120,00 – Rs 140,00
Sr Bulk Merchandiser – Gross Rs 200,00 – Rs 220,00
OVERVIEW: Our client, a renowned multinational apparel manufacturer, seeks skilled Merchandisers to oversee bulk production and ensure top-notch product delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop effective merchandising strategies for bulk production.
- Coordinate operations with design, production, and logistics teams.
- Monitor schedules and manage supplier relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and ensure quality compliance.
- Provide leadership to the merchandising team.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, textiles, or related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of apparel merchandising experience.
- Experience with Primark (Bulk Merchandisers) and Matalan (Sr Bulk Merchandiser) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
