Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network malfunctions within defined SLA.
• Create and manage users in O365 and Azure ID.
• Maintain and manage IP devices like IP Cameras and IP Access control.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, conduct regular backups, and implement data protection processes.
• Collaborate with departments and support functions, test new tech solutions, and liaise with third-party service providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in network, system administration, and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Microsoft applications like O365 and Teams.
• Familiarity with IT best practices, programming languages, and automation tools.
