Job Description
- Support Learning & Development processes to nurture a learning culture at MillenniumIT ESP
- Engage with internal/external stakeholders on L&D activities
- Manage L&D database/dashboard and compile data for reporting
- Contribute to key projects in a timely manner
Person Specification
- Graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or related field
- Prior internship experience of at least 6 months preferred
- Excellent communication skills
