Job Description
The job
- Design strategy to improve and engage customer activities to enhance GTV and revenue via various product lines in the wallet business.
- Formulate strategies, manage and support BU to drive value and volumes to achieve set targets.
- Conduct market visits and research on user behaviors, analyze competitor movements, collect feedback, and adjust campaigns for better visibility and profitability.
- Engage with end customers of B2B2C solutioning, ensure relevant products, and work closely with the B2B pillar.
- Provide feedback on customer issues, develop means of solving them, and analyze customer proposition to deliver results.
The Person
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial industry with exposure to customer servicing.
- Completed bachelor’s or professional qualification in a related discipline.
- Higher level of analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office packages.
