R I L is an owner, developer, and manager of Grade ‘A’ commercial office space in select core markets in Colombo. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Part qualification in ACA, CIMA, ACCA.
- Experience in purchasing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar accountancy software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record transactions using Oracle ERP System.
- Handle purchasing and supplier payments.
- Conduct fixed assets and inventory verification.
- Assist auditors and prepare budgets/reconciliations.
