Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate in executing a comprehensive recruiting plan to attract high-quality tech & non-tech talent
- Actively source candidates through various channels
- Review, Interview, and Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Extend job offers, oversee new hire administration, and onboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and act as HR point of contact
- Assist in developing HR policies, promote positive work environment
- Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate L&D regimes
- Support performance reviews in partnership with hiring managers
Must-haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
- Passion for exploring HR beyond talent acquisition
- Proven track record in recruiting top talent for diverse roles
- Learnable, teachable, strong relationship builder
- Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and multitasking skills
