Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create job adverts based on defined templates to attract suitable candidates.
- Publish job adverts internally and externally on platforms like our job portal, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Direct job applications to the centralized career portal.
- Manage applications from candidates who have applied to multiple postings.
- Maintain an updated and organized CV bank.
- Conduct first-level CV shortlisting for potential candidates.
- Schedule and organize interviews using the client’s system.
- Collect and document interview feedback for future reference.
- Send selection or rejection notes to candidates.
- Update CV blacklisting as needed for data accuracy.
- Coordinate various types of interviews and provide onboarding assistance to successful candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
