Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts, develop our business, and sell stalls to suitable clients for our events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our event management services.
• Market our business to attract and secure top-tier clients for our events.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Sell stalls to suitable clients for our events, ensuring the right mix of exhibitors.
• Manage and optimize social media channels to increase visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content for digital and print media, including press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with media partners and influencers to amplify coverage.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the event management industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in client acquisition and relationship management is a plus.
