Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in inbound tour operations
- Expertise in developing, designing, and curating tour packages
- Skills in negotiating rates, managing bookings, handling invoices
- Proficiency in business communication and computer applications
- 24/7 customer/agent support capability
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with subordinates and customers
- Meeting sales targets
